Engineered in GermanyThe acros DIY Tool for Reach Adjust Headsets ZS56 & MOD56 enables precise alignment of reach-adjust headset cups during installation. The headset is accurately positioned in the adapter using the integrated notch in the headset cup. The CNC-machined Y-arm then allows the eccentric headset cup to be aligned either facing forward or, by repositioning the Y-arm, facing backward before pressing.
This ensures accurate and repeatable installation with a +5 mm or -5 mm reach adjustment.
The press adapter is manufactured from high-quality aluminum, while the precision-machined Y-arm is made from durable POM. The tool has been specifically developed for acros Reach Adjust Headsets in ZS56 and MOD56.
Note: This tool can only be used together with the acros DIY Headset Press Tool or an equivalent headset press featuring a 10 mm threaded rod.
