Maximum contact area, minimal profile, fully serviceable. Maximum control with minimal height—our new flat pedal delivers uncompromising performance in a sleek design.
The generously sized platform provides your foot with a stable surface at all times. Whether you’re tackling technical root sections, rocky terrain, fast bike park lines, or long trail rides—this pedal delivers confidence and control.
A key factor in this riding experience is the well-thought-out pin geometry. The pins near the center of the axle are intentionally slightly shorter than the outer pins. This creates a slightly concave standing surface that positions the foot securely in the pedal and provides even more grip without restricting freedom of movement. The result is a natural, secure stance with exactly the right balance of grip and flexibility that modern trail, enduro, and gravity riders appreciate.
Riders who prefer a slightly less aggressive grip can optionally install our 8/10-mm pin kit. This shortens all pins by about two millimeters and offers an easy way to customize the pedal to your riding style and preferred footwear. With its ultra-low profile, the Flatpedal brings the foot as close as possible to the axle. The result is an exceptionally direct riding feel, efficient power transfer, and noticeably better feedback from the ground. Every shift in weight is translated immediately.
Even on the inside, the pedal consistently meets our standards for durability and ease of maintenance. The complete axle assembly, including the bearings, is screwed into the pedal body as a single unit. A specially developed wing lock reliably prevents the axle assembly from twisting within the pedal body. At the same time, it serves a second function: it acts as a tool for quickly and easily removing the axle assembly during maintenance or a bearing replacement.
The wing lock is secured with two hex socket screws. The required screwdriver size is included in virtually every standard bike multitool. No special tool is required. This means the pedal can be serviced at any time in just a few simple steps, whether in your home workshop or on the go. High-quality industrial ball bearings, a durable axle design, and a well-engineered sealing system ensure that dirt, water, and dust stay where they belong—outside the bearing. The result is consistently smooth operation, even under adverse conditions.
We deliberately designed the flat pedal so that it doesn’t end up as a wear-and-tear part. Bearings, seals, and all relevant service components can be replaced individually. If you’d like to do it yourself, you can quickly perform maintenance and bearing replacements on your own. Alternatively, our repair service will handle the repairs using original parts. For us, sustainability means developing products that function for many years and can be repaired as needed.
The pedal body itself has also been optimized down to the last detail. Its open design reliably prevents mud or small stones from getting stuck. The pedal largely cleans itself while riding, providing consistent grip and a precise riding feel even in challenging conditions.
Visually, too, the acros flat pedal follows a clean design language. In classic black, it integrates discreetly and unobtrusively into any bike—ideal for those who prefer understated style. The subtly anodized silver version adds a high-quality technical accent and highlights the precise CNC-machined construction without drawing undue attention to itself.
