You book the desired service and send us either your hub or the complete wheel. Once we receive it, we inspect everything and carry out the repair. Afterwards, we send the repaired hub or wheel back to you.
Both are possible. You can send in either the removed hub or the complete wheel. Please note that the amount of work involved may increase for fully built wheels with spokes installed.
The standard processing time is 5 business days from the date we receive your item, plus shipping time. If additional work is required or spare parts are needed, the turnaround time will increase accordingly — naturally, only after consulting with you first.
The scope of work depends on the hub service you booked. Any additional work beyond that will only be carried out after prior consultation with you.
If, during inspection, we find additional damage or worn parts that need attention, we will contact you in advance with an estimate of the extra costs and additional processing time. Nothing will be done without your approval.
