At first glance, our enduro-carbon and enduro-carbon-sm wheelsets look identical. From a technical point of view, they are. However, the abbreviation “sm” stands for… no, not what you're thinking! For the “schwarzmatt” (German for matt black) finish on the hubs. That doesn't mean the wheelset is any less durable ;)

our 29" carbon enduro wheelset in detail

Enduro is the new downhill. Or what we used to call freeride. But no matter what we call it, the stress placed on the equipment remains the same. That’s why we designed our carbon enduro wheelset for riders who don’t want to worry about their gear before the next descent.

Even though weight was never a priority during the development of this wheelset, it still ended up lighter than most others in its class. And despite its low weight (1,610 g / 1,660 g), it can take a serious beating — something our team riders regularly prove in a wide range of races, including the Enduro World Series. We achieve this with our Germany-made nineteen enduro hubs, available as standard in Boost spacing with SRAM XD, Shimano HG, or Shimano Microspline freehub bodies. The hubs are paired with our carbon enduro rims featuring a 29 mm internal width and an asymmetric rim profile.

Each wheel is hand-built using Sapim CX-Ray bladed spokes. The result is a no-compromise enduro wheelset that will accompany you on trails all over the world and won’t back down from any challenge.

If you enjoy climbing not just out of necessity but because it’s fun, and you spend most of your time on demanding singletracks or riding in low mountain ranges, then our trail carbon wheelset might be the better choice for you.

Total weight: 1,610 g to 1,660 g (depending on freehub body) nineteen enduro boost hubs with 19 mm axles Freehub sound adjustable in three levels — from subtle to loud Asymmetric rim profile with 29 mm internal width Hookless rim design for increased stability and impact resistance Tubeless compatible CX-Ray bladed spokes by Sapim Secure Lock aluminum nipples Includes rim tape and tubeless valves
