Returns and Cancellations

A direct exchange of an item with credit is currently not possible. Please initiate a standard cancellation and send the item back to us along with the return form. Once we receive the item, we will refund your purchase using the same payment method you originally used. In the meantime, you can simply place a new order for the item you wish to exchange.

Consumers have a fourteen-day right to cancel.

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, takes possession of the last goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Acros Sport GmbH, Benzstr. 58, 71272 Renningen, Germany, mail@acros-components.com, Phone: +49 7159 167800, Fax: +49 7159 1678014) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay, and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

The right to cancel does not apply to the following contracts:

* Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
