Our fully integrated IS bearing set with integrated cable routing (ICR) combines robust stainless steel angular contact bearings with well-designed seals. The result: long-lasting performance, minimal maintenance, and more relaxed time on the bike.  

· Press-fit diameter top (ID): 52 mm

· Press-fit diameter bottom (ID): 60 mm

· Steerer tube top: 1 1/8" (28.6 mm), bottom: 1.8" (45.8 mm)

· Upper angular contact bearing: 42 × 52 × 7 mm - 45°/45°

“Install it and forget it” is our motto. Nothing is more annoying than bike parts that let you down and require lots of maintenance — your time is valuable and should be spent riding whenever possible. That’s why we use a whole range of seals which, together with our special headset grease, help ensure you enjoy your headset for a long time.
If you use your bike the way the engineers intended, your headset will eventually wear out. The only way to prevent that would be to ride only in dry conditions on bike paths to the ice cream shop. Bearings are, unfortunately, wear parts. But the good news is: if you don’t blast your headset with a pressure washer and use bike cleaners like Muc-Off sparingly around the bearings, you should enjoy your headset for a long time.
