Our nineteen Enduro Boost rear hub is built for riders who refuse to compromise on demanding trails, in bike parks, and during enduro racing. Big hits, technical rock gardens, high-speed berms, and long race days are exactly what this hub was designed to handle.

As bearing specialists, we pay particular attention to what happens inside the hub. At its core is a 19 mm oversized axle running on specially optimized stainless steel angular contact bearings. This oversized axle concept allows the entire hub to be lighter while significantly increasing stiffness, resulting in precise handling, efficient power transfer, and confident control through the roughest terrain.

The hub shell is machined from high-quality 6061 aluminum, offering an ideal balance of low weight and durability. Combined with the Boost 148 mm standard, it creates an exceptionally stiff wheel-to-frame interface for accurate tracking and responsive handling.

Inside, the 38-tooth ratchet freehub system delivers fast engagement and immediate power transfer. The moment you push on the pedals, your power is transferred directly to the trail. The freehub sound can even be adjusted in three levels, from discreet to the unmistakable ratchet buzz.

Double-sealed bearings keep water, mud, and dirt where they belong—outside the hub—while bearing preload can be adjusted easily using the supplied TX6 tool, making maintenance quick and straightforward.

The Microspline freehub body is designed for Shimano 12-speed cassettes and can easily be replaced with HG or SRAM XD if your drivetrain changes in the future.

It doesn’t always have to be loud. Quite the opposite. The freehub of our rear hub can be adjusted to three different sound levels, so you can dial in exactly the sound that fits your ride. Add to that a subtle, all-black look: matte rims, glossy decals, clean branding. Let others shout — we’d rather let the grin on your face do the talking.

The acros nineteen enduro boost hub is designed for demanding enduro and trail riding. Its 19 mm axle, high-quality angular contact bearings and precision ratchet freehub system combine low weight with outstanding stiffness and long-term reliability.

We offer our mountain bike hubs in almost all common axle widths and standards, so there is a good chance that we have a hub that fits your bike. Please note, however, that we do not offer Super Boost hubs. Our rear hubs are designed for a 148 × 12 mm (Boost) axle standard. We do not offer the 157 × 12 mm Super Boost version. We recommend comparing the specifications provided by your frame or fork manufacturer with our technical data. If you are unsure which hub standard you need, we will be happy to help. 

Boost is a modern axle standard for mountain bikes. It uses wider hub spacing—110 mm at the front and 148 mm at the rear—which allows for a wider spoke bracing angle. This increases wheel stiffness and improves stability, especially on demanding trails and with modern frame geometries.

The Boost standard also provides additional clearance for wider tyres and an improved chainline. 

No. The Boost standard is a fixed hub design and cannot be converted to a different axle standard. A Boost hub will always remain a Boost hub.

However, the freehub body can be exchanged to match different drivetrain systems. The hub is available with Shimano or SRAM-compatible freehub bodies. A Campagnolo-compatible freehub body is not available for this hub. 

Our hub shells are manufactured from high-quality aluminium with exceptional precision. Each hub is CNC turned and CNC machined to achieve tight tolerances and its distinctive appearance.

The hub is then polished to a high-gloss finish before receiving a deep black glossy anodised coating. This premium anodised surface not only creates its striking appearance but also provides excellent protection against corrosion, abrasion and environmental influences, ensuring long-lasting durability even under demanding riding conditions.
