FAQ

If you notice that the bearings feel rough, we recommend replacing the angular contact bearings in your hub. In many cases, you’ll only notice it once the wheelset is removed and you rotate the axle by hand.

That depends on the version of your freehub body. The bearings cannot (yet) be replaced on all versions. Bearing replacement is possible on: • Freehubs for Shimano Microspline • XD freehubs for SRAM mountain bike cassettes (from model year 2020 onwards). You can recognize these by the black seal on the outer tool interface. • XDR freehubs for SRAM road bike cassettes

Wheels are complex components. Considering all the different standards and sizes, it isn't always easy to know what you need. If you've got a question we haven’t answered here, you're welcome to contact us at any time. Click here for the best ways to get in touch.
