stainless steel angular contact ball bearings

In our aftermarket headsets, we use angular contact ball bearings made of stainless steel. These bearings cope particularly well with the radial and axial forces that come into play at the headtube. That’s why they contribute to a long lifespan of your headset.

water-resistant bearing grease

We use a highly water-resistant bearing grease. It is extremely tough and thus remains where it belongs: inside the headset bearings. Which ensures, that your headset is well protected against wear, as well as against water and dirt.

sophisticated sealing technology

A whole range of seals effectively keeps moisture and dirt away from the heart of our headset, the stainless steel ball bearings. For you, this means: less maintenance and excellent durability for more time on the bike.

v-groove double split lip sealing

The industrial ball bearings in our headsets are equipped with unique double split lip sealings. It prevents water or dirt from making its way into the headset bearing and washing out the grease. This ensures a long service life.

seals on crown race and compression ring

We vulcanize a self-reinforcing seal onto the fork crown race and compression ring. It is made of an extra robust material preventing the seal from becoming brittle over time. You’ll get optimum protection for the bearing and only minimal friction is generated.

internal protection sealing

Our Internal Protection Sealing (IPS) protects the ball bearing from moisture inside the frame. Water often accumulates in the head tube and attacks the bearing from the inside – this seal maximizes the service life especially with larger frame openings and integrated cable routing.
