We are currently unable to process direct exchanges of items with a credit. Therefore, please initiate a standard return and send the merchandise back to us along with the return form. As soon as we receive the item, we will refund the purchase price using the same payment method you originally used. In the meantime, you can simply place a new order for the item you wish to exchange for.
