There are many reasons why bike parts fail. Sometimes it’s due to a bad crash, and other times it’s just bad luck — like when a bike falls off a rack at 80 pmh. We’ve seen it all and want to help you as easily and efficiently as possible in these situations.
With our Crash Replacement Service, you can easily replace your acros components that have been functionally damaged — and at a discounted price. Cosmetic damage is not covered by Crash Replacement, nor are damages caused intentionally. In such cases, we reserve the right to deny the Crash Replacement request.
To request a Crash Replacement, please send us an email (support-us@acros-components.com ) with:
- a copy of your receipt
- at least one photo of the damaged product
- a brief description of how the damage occurred
We will then get back to you with an appropriate Crash Replacement offer.
