Simply order the desired service package for your wheel or wheelset. For a complete wheelset, please add two service packs to your shopping cart - one for the front hub and another for the rear hub. Please make sure you select the correct freehub system. If you wish to change to a different freehub system, simply select the appropriate service package and leave a short note in the comments field.

Once your wheel or wheelset has been sent to us, we need two to three working days to process it. Working days for us are Monday-Friday. The average shipping time within Germany is a further three working days.

Of course! Simply order the service package that contains the desired freewheel standard and we will replace it for you during maintenance. Any necessary components such as a new axle or end cap will then be on us. Please make a brief note in the comments field of the order if you wish to make such a change so that we do not question the choice of service package when processing your order.

Unfortunately, you have to organize and pay for shipping to us yourself. We will take care of the return shipment, which is included in the price. If you are looking for a sturdy box, just ask your local bike dealer. You can often get a wheelset box for free if you put a penny in the coffee box.
