You should first check which type of bracket your bike has. A press fit or BB30 bottom bracket is pressed into the frame while a BSA b bottom ottom bracket is threaded/screwed in. On top of that, you should check the width of the bottom bracket and the diameter of the crank axle. Detailed instructions on how to find the right bottom bracket will follow soon.

Our bb30r-bottom-bracket fits 68mm and 73mm bottom brackets. The crank axle must have a 24mm diameter. The GXP version is also compatible with SRAM cranks with a stepped 24mm/22mm axle.

Bottom brackets should just work. That's why our motto is, "Fit and forget" and it's with this in mind that we developed our bb30r bottom bracket. Because we know it’s what's inside that counts, we use double sealed angular contact bearings for our bb30r bottom bracket. These stainless-steel industrial bearings handle pedalling forces much better than the usual deep groove ball bearings used elsewhere. In addition, the bearings are protected against moisture and dirt with a special dust shield. It also prevents direct contact between the crank axle and bearing, allowing us to reliably prevent creaking and cracking noises, ensuring a worry-free ride on roads, gravel and trails around the world.

Schrägkugellager können kombinierte Belastungen aus Radial- und Axialkräften, wie sie beim Pedalieren und im Wiegetritt auftreten, besonders gut wegstecken.

Wir nutzen ein Lagerfett, das speziell für die Anwendung in Steuersatzlagern optimiert wurde. Es ist besonders zäh und wasserresistent und trägt maßgeblich zur langen Lebensdauer der Kugellager bei.

Bei den von uns entwickelten Lagern handelt es sich um Industriekugellager mit einer zweifachen Doppellippendichtung. Sie verhindert, dass Wasser oder Schmutz in das Schrägkugellager eintreten und das Lagerfett entweichen kann.

Die Staubschutzkappe schützt das Lager zusätzlich und verhindert als Trennschicht zwischen Achse und Lager Knarzgeräusche. Verantwortlich dafür sind die selbst schmierenden und zähelastischen Eigenschaften der Schutzkappe aus Polyoxymethylen (POM).

Your time is valuable and if at all possible, should be spent riding your bike. That's why we use several seals which, together with our special grease, contribute to a durable bottom bracket you can enjoy for a long time.

If you use your bike as intended, at some point your bottom bracket will wear out. You can only really prevent that if you ride your bike solely for fair-weather jaunts along the cycle path to the local ice cream parlour. Bearings are and will remain consumable parts. But the good news is that if you don't blast the bottom bracket with a pressure washer and are sparing in your application of bike washes like Muc-Off close to the bearings, your bottom bracket should deliver long-lasting durability.
